Frontline Females Retreat – November 7–9, 2025 A Weekend Retreat for the Women Who Give It Their All The Frontline Females Retreat is a heart-curated weekend designed for women working in first responder and frontline roles. If you’ve been feeling burnt out from balancing the demands of your job, family, health, and social life, this retreat is your invitation to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. You give so much of your energy to others—this is a chance to give back to yourself. Surrounded by women who understand your unique challenges, you’ll find community, compassion, and deep rest. What to Expect at the Frontline Females Retreat This restorative weekend blends relaxation, creativity, movement, and connection. Each activity is thoughtfully chosen to help you unwind and restore balance: Welcome Wine & Cheese Social – Arrive and connect with new friends who “get it.” Crafting Activity – Tap into creativity and relaxation through hands-on projects. Fireside S’mores Roast – Gather around the fire for laughter, warmth, and connection. Sound Healing & Breathwork – Release stress and restore calm with guided practices. Group Meals – Enjoy continental breakfasts, a hearty BBQ, and Sunday pancakes. Optional Hike – Reconnect with nature and recharge in the great outdoors. Paint Night (Add-On $30) – A creative Saturday night activity to express and unwind. Why Choose the Frontline Females Retreat?
