If you're exploring natural ways of healing, you've come to the right place! You may have or may not have heard about sound healing, a gentle yet powerful practice that uses vibration and frequency to support your body's natural ability to restore balance...and heal! My practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic wisdom, and kinesiology - integrating anatomy, biology and physiology. Every session is unique, , blending ancient and modern approaches to support your whole well-being.

A Warm Welcome and Personalized Care

When you arrive, we'll start with a relaxed conversation about what what's bringing you in. Whether you're looking for relief from anxiety, insomnia, menopause, chronic pain and inflammation, or just feeling out of balance, we'll review your history, chat about your unique story and challenges. What makes my approach different is that rather than jumping straight to the issue you want to "fix", I gently invite you to allow me to have a "listen" to your body and follow its lead. So often, our bodies hold priorities we aren't even aware of.

Listening to Your Meridians (Energy Pathways)

During your session, I tune in not just to your symptomps, but to your entire energy system. Using sound, I listen to your body's meridians (energy pathways in Cinise meidince), energy centres (chakras, from both Chinese and Ayurveydic meidicne), and the subtle cues from your physical body. This integrative approach allows me to asses where energy might be blocked, or out of balance - physically, emotionally, or energetically. Sound healing works by sending gentle vibrations through these pathways and centres, helping to clear blockages and restore flow. Specific frequencies can target different meridians or chakras, supporting everythign from emotional release to phsyical relaxation. This is a truly holistic method, addressing your mind, body and spirit all at once.



A Session that Unfolds in Layers

After the sound healing, we'll chat about what I noticed - sometimes the body reveals priorities that surprise us! Within a couple of days, you'll receive a personalized summary, gentle practices to help maintain your balance, and reflection questions to deepen your self-awareness. Sound healing is powerful because it helps your nervous system relax, supports emotional healing (and release), and gently peels back layers of imbalance. Many people feel lighter, calmer and more connected after just one session, and with each visit we continue to listen and support your body's natural healing wisdom.
